These apartments are located in South Fremantle on the corner of South Terrace and Jenkin Streets.
They are in a small group of 12 with 10 x 1 bedrooms and 2 x 2 bedrooms.
The building and carpark are secure. There is a parking bay for each apartment.
The 1 bedroom apartments are well appointed and spacious being about 70M2 each.
Each apartment has a large living space with a comfortable lounge suite, desk, dining table with 4 chairs and coffee table. Each has a TV, DVD and music centre.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you would need. It has a full oven and separate cook top, a generous fridge/freezer, a microwave completed with lots of cupboard space and every amenity you would need.
Bedroom is furnished with queen bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
Adjoining bathroom with bath, shower and handbasin. 55 and 49 do not have a bath.
The laundry room is in the apartment and has a washing machine, dryer and laundry trough.

The upstairs apartments have a small balcony and downstairs have a small courtyard.
The location is magic with its proximity to South Beach with its white sands, BBQ area with huge shady trees and grass.
The ideal spot for wonderful walks along the beach where you will meet lots of friendly folk.
There are at least 20 cafes and restaurants in the vicinity for your convenience. There are 2 pubs also which serve food and music.
You can walk to central Fremantle or you can choose to take the free CAT bus which passes close by frequently all day.
The train station, bus station, ferrys to Rottnest, Perth or the Swan Valley is about 1.5kms away.
Soak up the history which Fremantle offers, visit the historic buildings such as the old Prison or the Round House to mention a couple.
